Rick

Rick is the church planter and lead pastor of Source Church. Rick has a passion for reaching the lost and teaching believers God’s Word in a way that is both relevant and applicable to their everyday lives.

Rick served as the Youth Pastor at a local church before planting Source. Him and his wife Michelle both grew up in the area and met while attending high school at Wilson Christian Academy. In 2003 he married his high school sweetheart who is also a vital part of the ministry at Source. Together they have three daughters Abigail, Grace, and Eliana.  They also have two fur babies, Midnight and Millie. When they aren’t serving at the church they love hiking and camping.

Rick earned his Bachelor of Science in Religion with a minor in counseling from Liberty University and his Master of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Rick also serves as the Executive Director for the World Bible Quiz Association.
