December 16, 2021 – Closing Date Postponed
We received notification form our realtor that the date of closing had to be postponed due to an error when the school district placed a needed notice in the newspaper regarding the hearing at the Court of Common Pleas. Because of this error, the district again has to place this notice in a newspaper and will have to wait another 30 days before the hearing can take place. The new closing date has been set for January 28th.
