November 24, 2021 – Pre Zoning Conference
Today the Elder Board met with Butch Anthony with the Borough of West Mifflin. This was our pre-zoning conference. The building is currently zoned to be residential. In order to have the building used as a church it will need to be zoned with a conditional permit as a place of worship. Butch walked us through the steps and costs involved in this process. Final zoning approval should come in February of 2022 if all goes as planned. Please pray that this process goes well and without any issues.
